WHAT IS Hi-NRG darkrave? Hi-NRG darkrave is heavily influenced by Hi-NRG, Witch house, and darkwave. It is driven by distorted, obscured, and excessively reverberated vocals inspired from Shoegaze with more focus and emphasis on the instrumental design than lyrical flow, prioritizing the music over vocals, making the genre an element of rave music. I pioneered and invented it.

HOW I MAKE MUSIC? I handle and do everything on my own. I'm a "do it all you can" perfectionist. I never sought outside help and I don't want my songs tainted with external inputs during their period of creation. I use two DAWs for my music. I produce and mix my songs in Cakewalk Sonar and master them in Acoustica Mixcraft 5. I also use Audacity for editing, monitoring, and simulations. I have been making music since the year 2009 and till this very day, I am using my iPad 2 as a visual synthesizer along with a vintage keyboard as my main instruments.  I never underwent any formal training for music. In Tagalog, we have the term "kinapa-kapa" which means I learned it all on my own through self-study and whatnot. I also primarily play by ear. My lyrical compositions stem from my life experiences, majorly focusing in the past as opposed to present times.
